Customs representation

Customs representation
Customs representation is required when transporting goods to or from outside the EU. Customs agents will make it easier for you to prepare all the necessary documents and will carry out the relevant customs procedures when passing through customs and when releasing goods from customs, as well as during customs warehousing.
Customs representation includes filling in many different customs declarations, CMR, EUR1 and preparation of documents for free movement of goods - T2L certificate.
Completion and submission of customs declarations. The declarations express the customer's desire to include the goods in customs procedures that are the basis for customs processes, such as calculation of customs duties or are used when necessary to expedite deliveries, and some of the documents to the declaration or data on goods may be omitted at customs clearance and must then be presented with the relevant documents within a given time limit. They are usually submitted electronically, but can also be submitted on paper.
Issuance of a EUR1 certificate certifying the origin of goods imported, imported or exported from the customs territory of the EU. EUR.1, also known as the "movement certificate", allows importers in some countries to import goods at a reduced or zero rate of import duty under trade agreements between the EU and the beneficiary countries. This certificate shall be issued in accordance with the model of the customs authorities of the country from which it is exported, at the written request of the exporter or under his responsibility under his authorized representative.
The CMR Convention applies to the carriage of goods by road. An international CMR bill of lading is prepared for this type of transport, which is proof of delivery of the consignments by road, as well as a type of contract between the consignor, the carrier and the consignee.
The T2L certificate shall be presented to the customs authorities on export. T2L is submitted electronically, and form № 4 of EAD and DEAD is used for preparation of the T2L document. The filling in of the T2L document form is done according to art. 315 of the RPMK and Art. 6 of Ordinance H-17 / 13.12.2006. The goods should be described sufficiently precisely so that they can be uniquely identified in the receiving Member State.
Customs processing, which is also included in the customs representation, includes transit to other customs, customs warehousing, deconsolidation.
Whether you need customs representation for European countries outside the EU or for the Middle East, we can help you - we are familiar with the requirements and will organize a customs representation for you.
